A manufacturer of custom-built digital LED display screens is expanding into new premises in Salisbury.
The Opto Studio Group has agreed a deal with property consultancy Myddelton & Major for 1,633 sq ft of space at the Clarendon Centre in Southampton Road.
The warehouse/showroom building has been let on a ten-year lease from a quoted rent of £12,950 per annum.
Other occupiers of the Clarendon Centre include BSS/City Plumbing, Sally Hair & Beauty, ITSS and Plumbase.
Myddelton & Major partner Dean Speer said: “We are increasingly finding a strong demand from hi-tech firms for conveniently-sited units as that industry continues to grow.
“The Clarendon Centre is situated in a prime position and has a major frontage to the A36 Southampton Road on the southern edge of the city. Unit 37 occupies a prominent position overlooking Southampton Road.”
