Smaller independent suppliers fared best in Which´s latest energy customer satisfaction survey, with Chippenham-based Good Energy coming out on top with 85 percent.
Companies were rated on customer service, value for money, accuracy and clarity of bills, complaints and how they help customers to save energy.
