Leading Resolutions, an IT consultancy, has moved out of its 2,080 sq ft suite on the ground floor of Cedar House to take 5,341 sq ft on the second and third floors. It has agreed a five-year lease on the space.
ICCM Solutions, a supplier of service management software, has also increased its floorspace at Cedar House. It has taken 4,160 sq ft on a co-terminus seven-year lease.
James Gregory of Alder King, which secured both lettings on behalf of the landlord Minton Malmesbury, said: “It’s very encouraging to see two local businesses performing so well in a competitive industry and as a consequence requiring additional space to accommodate their growth.”
