The group, which has its UK headquarters in Chippenham, has acquired Bury-based Senior Hargreaves for an undisclosed sum.
Senior Hargreaves is a provide of air movement and ventilation ductwork services. It was founded in 1872, originally trading as Henry Hargreaves and Sons, prior to acquisition by the Senior Engineering Group in 1957.
A one-off contribution of £6m is to be made to the Senior plc Pension Plan as part of the deal.
