The Brazilian business is working with Wiltshire Council and Enterprise Wiltshire to set up the centre, which could create up to 100 jobs.

Asyst International + Rhealeza established a UK office in 2010.

Stephen Fox, UK business director for Asyst International, said: “The UK is a major market opportunity for us. We have previously undertaken the delivery of our contracts in Brazil, but the breadth of opportunity here in the UK, allied to the deep skills within the workforce, means that we are delighted to be setting up our first onshore delivery centre here in the UK.”

Wiltshire Council cabinet member for economic development, Fleur de Rhe-Philipe, said: “This is a fantastic development and sends out a strong message that the council and its partners want to make Wiltshire a business location of choice.

“We always work incredibly hard to secure investors such as Asyst International + Rhealeza, and the result is a long-term partnership that will bring benefits to all involved.”

Paul Johnson, chairman of Enterprise Wiltshire, said: “Asyst International + Rhealeza will be a great addition to our already strong business community. Its credentials as the leader in the Latin American market in the area of service desk will create new opportunities for the county, and the company will also benefit from the potential Wiltshire has to offer. It is a winning result for all.”

Asyst International + Rhealeza was established in Brazil in 1985.
